MOSCOW, Feb 12 (PRIME) -- Russia’s central bank has maintained its key rate at a historical low of 4.25% annually for a fourth time in a row, the regulator said in a statement on Friday.
“The board of directors of the Bank of Russia decided on February 12, 2021 to keep the key rate at the level of 4.25% annually,” the statement read.
